Support Community Foundation Boulder County

The annual fund supports essential aspects of our operations, including staff salaries, operational costs, and the delivery of our core programs. For instance:

• Trends – an online resource providing up-to-date data and reports focusing on areas of education, health and human services, economics and housing, environment, arts and culture, and civics in Boulder County (commfound.org/trends).

• Grants – the foundation is a grant-making organization. Through our Community Trust, Equity Funds, and additional discretionary grant-making, the foundation provides grants of $550,000 annually to support a variety of needs in our community such as education, environment, health and human services, Veterans, the LGBTQ+ community, the Latino community, and more.

• Leadership – we nurture and activate the leadership in our community through programs like 15 Forever, an innovative youth-led civic engagement, leadership, and grantmaking program, and Leadership Fellows, a joint leadership development and networking program of Community Foundation Boulder County and the Boulder Chamber.

• Donor-Advised Funds – we manage hundreds of donor-advised funds, and an annual fund gift supports our ability to manage and administer the distribution of $10 million in grants each year to a variety of nonprofit organizations.

An annual fund gift helps us respond to immediate needs and prepares us for future challenges. Your generosity also allows us to provide preeminent, personalized support to organizations and donors across Boulder County.
