The Veterans Fund, a permanent endowment of the Community Foundation Boulder County, supports our community by raising money and distributing grants for programs that enhance the lives of its Veterans and their families. We are proud to recognize the service of the nearly 14,000 Boulder County Veterans. Their unique experiences, perspectives, and leadership are vital to the community in all aspects of community life.

Specifically, goals of the fund are to:

  • Support the strengths and needs of Veterans and their families in Boulder County.
  • Build community among Veterans, including efforts by Veterans to help other Veterans.
  • Foster education about Veteran issues, and create dialogue between Veterans and the general community.
  • Provide support for organizations serving the Veteran community
