Focused on making it simple for companies to embrace generosity, Pledge 1% Colorado is a growing network of local entrepreneurs who share a common commitment to make a difference across the Front Range and beyond.
Launched by the community foundation, the movement connects companies' future success to philanthropy by empowering them to easily pledge 1% of equity, 1% of employee time to volunteerism, 1% of product, or 1% of profit to those most in need in their communities. Since its inception in 2008, Pledge 1% Colorado companies have contributed more than $11M to Front Range nonprofits and thousands of hours of volunteer service. By disrupting traditional models of philanthropy, Pledge 1% Colorado continually catalyzes local entrepreneurs to push the status quo and was named Most Innovative Not-For-Profit by Fast Company in 2017.
